ASSESMENT CHARGE

$79 (inc GST) for MANUAL DOMESTIC or SEMI-COMMERCIAL MACHINES

$99 (inc GST) for AUTOMATIC DOMESTIC MACHINES

 

This will be deducted from any work carried out by CMR or used as a CANCELLATION FEE for any cancelled quotes.

 

QUOTE ONLY / AUTOMATICALLY CARRIED OUT WORK

Unless requested as QUOTE ONLY, all repairs to the following value (excluding Assessment Charge) will be carried out automatically to help get your machine back to you ASAP:

UNDER $250 (Manual Machines)

UNDER $350 (Automatic & Semi – Commercial)

 

WARRANTY

Under Proper Use, ALL parts replaced and work completed by CMR to resolve issue is guaranteed for 3 months from date of completion of the repair.

Charges will apply for any additional repairs due to mis-use or a different issue occurring.

 

COLLECTION / PICK UP

ALL Equipment completed MUST be collected within 30 days of notification, unless otherwise discussed.

Storage fees will incur from thereafter (per week) and the equipment will become property of CMR if not collected within 60 days and sold / disposed of.
